Meet the founders

Our journey began with a shared belief that families, communities, and children thrive when relationships are built on empathy, understanding, and mutual respect. As founders, we are deeply passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued.

Chetna (Lyla FreeChild)

Lyla has struggled to make her voice heard in conventional patriarchal family and social structures. Having created her own space for expression though art gave her the strength and power to live a life with joy and freedom. Now she wants to support girls to get in touch with their power with art practices and menstrual education
As a self-taught visual artist, Lyla explores the complex themes of the female body, sexuality, patriarchy, and personal trauma. For nearly a decade, she’s also been a dedicated menstrual artivist, deepening her understanding of how menstruation impacts our minds, bodies, and relationships.
